My donation will not go through. Help!

Are you having trouble getting your donation to process through? Please check all of the factors below, as they may be stalling your donation.

  1. Is your credit card information input incorrectly? 
  2. Is your credit card up to date?
  3. If you have an existing Pure Charity account, please login before donating.
  4. If you are a new donor and trying to give a large donation, your bank may be declining your card. Please call your bank and ask them to allow the charge to go through. Then go and donate again.
  5. Are you in poor connection area? Try an area with better service!
  6. Are you using a very old version of a web browser? Try using Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
